If this is your first time

Walking into a meeting for the first time is hard. Most people feel nervous, and that is normal. You find a seat, the meeting starts, people share (you do not have to), and it ends. Open meetings are for anyone. Closed meetings are for people who want to stop using or drinking. If you are not sure, an open meeting is a good place to start. Online meetings are exactly what they sound like, and a lot of people start there.
